When you contact us, subscribe, RSVP, volunteer, apply for membership or propose a partnership, we collect the details you choose to share. These may include your name, email, phone, county, skills, availability, organisation and message.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond, manage applications and events, and send updates where you have opted in. Newsletter consent is separate from other inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Storage & service providers

Website submissions are stored in our hosted database. Authorised CFS staff can access them. Hosting, email and payment providers may process data outside Kenya. Payment details are handled by a payment provider’s secure checkout; this website does not collect card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.

Your choices

Contact hassanfaiza050@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of newsletter consent. Include the email used for your submission. We keep information only as needed for its stated purpose, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping, and review retention periodically.

Essential sign-in cookies secure staff access. Local device storage remembers this notice. We do not use advertising analytics. Maps load only after you choose to load them. External links, including WhatsApp and payment checkout, have their own privacy practices.

Sensitive information

Please do not send medical records, identity documents or sensitive personal stories through website forms. For a confidential conversation, ask our team for an appropriate channel.
